An unusual blend that combines Caberent Sauvignon from Le Mazel in Valvignères with Gewürztraminer from the Bannwarth family in Obermorschwihr, Alsace. This is resolutely a red wine, despite 50% of the grapes being white, such is the influence of the Syrah.
