A limited, large-format magnum bottling of Mikaël's entry-point white made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc from a mixture of five different parcels, each planted over gravelly limestone. Extra-special large format Chenin from the Grapperie cellars. We were lucky to get our hands on a few magnums that have been slowly developing since the 2017 vintage. Like all of our favourite examples of this grape it shows a pitch-perfect balance of fleshy fruit and tightly-wound acidity. A bit of a stunner. Find out more.
