This lesser-spotted Riesling is a wine from the négoce project of one Fabrice Dodane, who you may know better for his work at the lauded Domaine de Saint Pierre. Réve Éphémère is made up of 99% Poulsard from very old vines, blended with a few Pinot Noir vines that exist on the same plot.
