The bubbles waiting to burst forth are the result of a unique fermentation that has taken place inside each individual bottle, from loose, low-key ancestral method spritz through to the tightly-moussed, needle-prick fizz of a regal Champagne or Cava.

A deep rosé pet-nat made using a direct-press of Syrah and Cinsault. Fruit-driven, with red berry and sour cherry flavours and a dry, herbaceous character. The bubbles are big, lively and frothy, making this a good-time fizz for party times. Find out more.

The Brighter Cider of Life 2021

This cider was topped up with a little Viognier from last year’s harvest at Le Mazel (this juice will become Cuvée Mias, one of the Mazel wines Wayward imports directly). The result is a vinous and delicate take on the genre with fine bubbles and a gentle varietal perfume. A wonderful drink, so suited to spring. Find out more.
