This lesser-spotted Riesling is a wine from the négoce project of one Fabrice Dodane, who you may know better for his work at the lauded Domaine de Saint Pierre. Natural white wine can take on many forms; from bone-dry, pale in colour and decidedly classical, all the way through to wines with a much deeper, golden hue and notable substance. Hazy, vinous, and textured, with a plump succulence that coats the palate.
